Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipes To Bake A Delicious Eggless Cake At Home
Ingredients -
1. All purpose flour (Maida) - 2 cups
2. Baking Powder - 2 tsp
3. Baking Soda - 1 tsp
4. Salt - 1 pinch
5. Brown Sugar - 1 and a half cup
6. Olive Oil - Half cup
7. Milk (Room Temperature) - 1 and a half cup
8. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
9. Coffee - 1 tsp
10. Vanilla Extract - 1tbsp
11. Lemon juice - Half tsp
Procedure -
Step 1
Pour some all purpose flour (Maida),
Baking powder, Baking soda and a pinch of salt in a mesh strainer and sift the mixture in a bowl
Step 2
Add brown sugar to the mixture and mix it well
Step 3
Now gently pour some olive oil and room temperature milk and continue to stir the mixture to avoid lumps
Step 4
To this batter, add the rest of the ingredients that are Unsweetened Cocoa Powder , Coffee, Vanilla extract, and some lemon juice. Ensure to mix the ingredients well before placing it in the oven

Brush some oil to the baking pan and sprinkle a pinch of all purpose flour (Maida) to avoid the batter getting stick to the container
Step 6
Pour the cake batter in the baking container gently and spread it evenly by tapping it on the table a few times
Step 7
Bake the mixture at 330 F (165C) for 40-50 minutes
Step 8
After you take it our of the oven, insert a toothpick to check it is not undercooked. If the toothpick comes out clean, your cake is ready
Step 9
Flip the baking container and transfer your delicious cake on to a plate. Your
birthday cake is ready to roll.
